Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is completely free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 8–12 working days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

You have a legal 14-day cancellation period, starting from the day you receive your order.

However, because orders are processed automatically, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered the shipping process.

If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit, you will need to wait until it arrives and then request a return.

Can I return my order?

Please contact us before sending anything back. Our team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Please include:
